The narrow shape of the site led to the staggering of the footprint, which generated the architectural strategy. The material palette includes a mixture of white & grey toned bricks together with zinc pitched roofs to help articulate the massing. All apartments are generously proportioned and flooded with natural light incorporating private terraces, gardens & communal space.
