Manor Works, West Ealing W13
The proposal sought the demolition of the existing warehouse units and erection of a part five, six and seven storey building, to provide a total of forty-four residential units. The cores and servicing have been located to the inner perimeter of the building so the living spaces can maximise the views over Drayton Green park. The central courtyard provides a communal amenity space, in addition to providing every unit with their own private space. The courtyard space also provides the on-site disabled parking spaces to support the disabled units.
This project was completed under the employment of Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects.
