Cross Road, Croydon

One of the first schemes to be completed within the Croydon Vision 2020 regeneration programme. This former 1970’s office building has been extended and re-clad to create an office to residential conversion of 73 homes. A complex site with many constraints, including retention of an existing structure, working adjacent to Network Rail assets as well as town planning and right to light issues.
