A terrace of nine family brick houses with zinc cladding to the upper storey. Vertical timber strips are introduced to the entrance corner of each dwelling with matching boundary gate defining the defensible space. The first floor terrace to the side of each dwelling features a hit and miss brick pattern to minimise potential overlooking.
