At Red+White we are committed to respecting your privacy. This policy sets out the basis on which Red+White may collect, store and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

We only collect relevant personal information through our normal business activities via new enquires or ongoing contracts with clients, consultants, contractors, employees and suppliers. Personal information is only used to fulfil our contractual obligations to you or where we have a legitimate interest to use your information in line with the GDPR requirements. We will not share personal information with any third party for any purpose other than directly for the benefit for your project, business interest or service. Personal information is stored in secured internal systems and encrypted cloud backup facilities. We will only retain limited, relevant personal information as long as it is necessary; typically this will be for the limit of our liability i.e. 6 or 12 years where we have a contract with you.
